Tenant Outreach

  • Reach out to the mall’s tenants to gain their commitment to participate in the program
    • Each store and restaurant has an agreed upon plan to consistently engage in social media activity, contribute content and appoint an in-store program champion
    • Encourage posting of sales, coupons, candid in-store images, links to their social media sites to the mall’s online assets
